It's okay. Not great but not bad. It would look better with special effects, nothing special actually.
Also, you should make it with a program instead of using a banner maker online cause programs allow you to have more features to make your banner look better.
Just a suggestion.

Text is shit loads better. Flows much more...

but background could use a change up. maybe umm.. image>>advanced>>hue/saturation. mess around in that to get fine tones, take out maybe like reds a but more and increase the ton of another one.
